My Prophecy Of God

My name is Robert. I have been a christian since i was a child. I became more dedicated in my twenties which is now forty years ago. During this time the Lord has blessed me with visions and dreams. these i believe are for me to share with others. Therefore i am putting down what the Lord has given me. If any of these helps just one person then i have fulfulled my role!!!

First Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

There was a Lord and he said to his servants, “make me a room full of furniture of the finest cedar wood and I will require it in a season.”

As the season went on the servant wasted his time until one day he remembered he had to make the furniture. He rushed the job and therefore the furniture was very badly made. Then the Lords herdsman arrived to take the furniture to the Lord. When the Lord saw the furniture he was extremely angry, not only had the servant wasted his time but also the Lords best cedar wood. The Lord sent the servant away to a land from which he could never return, a place full of darkness and desolation.

The Lord then sent out his herdsman to another part of the Kingdom to find another servant to do the same task.  This servant did not waste his time and set about the task straight away taking good care of the Lords finest cedar wood. When the season was over the Lord again sent his herdsman to collect the furniture. When the Lord received it he was extremely pleased and sent for the servant who had made it to come to his mansion. The Lord said “you are a true servant of the Lord and for your faithful work for me I will grant you life in a mansion forever.”

Second Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

There were two deers walking in the forest. As they walked along a great wind came and was dragging them into the briers and thorn bushes.  Then the bush caught fire damaging the deers, the one much more than the other having his fur badly burnt and his leg broken. The other deer walked beside him to help him along.  The sun began to shine  and even though their eyes glistened only one of the deers was healed. Thorns were following them along the path. They eventually came to three doors, one on the left, one on the right and one in the middle. The left and right hand doors revealed people who were dressed in brightly coloured clothes beckoning the deers to come in.

The door in the middle had two clouds, one on top of the other. They were raining at the same time with the rain merging into one stream. The sun was also shinning.

Third Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

A flake of snow falls from the sky. As it hit’s the top of the mountain it colided with many more snow flakes, until suddenly there is a small ball of snow rolling down the hill.  As it rolls the ball gets bigger and bigger and gets faster and faster destroying everything in its path. The sun was shining brightly and one small stick began to get warmer and warmer. Soon the stick was smoking and then it caught alight. As this happened it caught another stick, then another and soon one tree was on fire, then another and another. It was not long before the whole forest was on fire with the heat getting more and more intense. This gigantic snow ball was fast approaching the fire and has it gone nearer the heat the ball began to melt. Even though it was melting it kept coming down the hill. As it was about to hit the fire it broke up, went to water and went to steam and passed over the fire and dispersed.

Fourth Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

There will be seven days of Tornado winds running to and from the earth followed by seven clouds of seven rains.

There was seven waves all in a row and as they moved they thundered across the sea.  Soon the seven waves overtook each other making one giant wave moving across the sea. There was seven mountains, all of these mountains were extremely large expect one. It looked very small against the rest.

The great wave hit the land a loud roar of thunder and went around the world covering everything in its path. When it hit the first great mountain there was a sound of thunder loud and clear. The next moment the mountain was swept away.  This happened to all the other large mountains, until it came to the smaller one. The great wave thundered and hit this mountain, thundering and thundering but the mountain stayed firm. The roots of the mountain went down to the core of fire holding it safe and steady. The other six mountains had no core to hold them.

There will be seven days of volcanoes, spueing out fire and smoke for seven days.  On the seventh day it will be peaceful.

Five Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

There were two small bright shiny stones. The winds and rain came, battering and wearing down these stones. The thunder and lightening struck them causing fractures to their surface. Above them appeared a huge stone and then it changed to a pillar of fire. As it got nearer to the stones they melted and then became two small pillars of fire. When the large fire passed over the small fires cooled down and went back to being shiny bright stones again.

Sixth Dream

Thus Saith the Lord

There was a cedar growing in the forest . It was badly damaged by the wind but is now healed by the sun. There is a rose bush being held up by the tree which is badly damaged by fire. There are buds producing flowers and the petals are falling on trees and bushes which were dead but are now coming alive and producing new green leaves.

Seventh Dream – Vision received on 11.8.2010

I saw a black horse. The rider of this horse was dressed in black but appeared to be faceless. He held a sword high in the air. His appearance was frightening and horrifying to look at.

As I travelled the world he bought war death, diseases, famine and pestilence. Fear and confusion reigned the world over. People looked for peace but found none only torment.

There was another horse which was white, and its rider was also dressed in white and also held up a sword which shone and had the word of God on it. The riders face shone as bright as the sun itself and no man could look at it.

Then there was a battle between the rider dressed in black and the rider dressed in white. The rider dressed in black roared and shouted obscenities As I went into battle, the rider dressed in white also rode with the two edged sword raised high in the air. As they met the white horse and rider went straight through the black horse and rider bringing them down with one strike of the sword which obliterated the black horse and rider. Now the rider dressed in white rode triumphantly along.

Eighth dream - Vision received on 11.8.2010

A vision appeared to me and I saw a picture of what looked like a city in the middle east. I saw the roof tops and the tops of towers. It was dust. The vision suddenly dropped to the ground. There was fierce fighting, all the people fighting with swords and then I felt a great sword sweep down on the people, at the same time I knew it was Jerusalem.

Ninth dream - Vision received on 13.8.2010

A vision came to me and this is what I saw:-

A rider who was faceless and holding a raised sword was dressed in black and riding a black horse. The surrounding areas were also grey and dismal. The sky also was grey. I looked again and saw hundreds of people young and old dying, it resembled the end of a battlefield in a horror movie. Then there appeared to be locust all over the sky and fields. The faces of the people appeared to have been bitten and mutilated. I saw a train of destruction sweep the land leaving dead trees, animals, birds and people. Disease and dying were everywhere, even rivers, lakes and seas contained dead marine life.

Then I saw a train of fire sweeping across the land towards a group of people. The people looked terrified and tried to run away but the flames engulfed them. I heard a voice say “be patient a little while”. I knew this was the Lord jesus christ.

Tenth Dream - Vision received on 14.8.2010

A vision the Lord gave me:-

I was passing over an endless procession of people all going one way. The procession must have been as wide as a motorway. As I passed over them I noticed a large mountain rising high in the sky, the top was covered with cloud. As I reached the edge of the mountain there was a great multitude of people at the bottom. There were lots of people with one foot on the mountain and one foot on the valley. As I started to climb the mountain I noticed very few climbing with me and only a few climbing in front of me. A white cloud surrounded the people on the mountain and I knew this was the mountain of God.

Eleventh dream - Vision received on 15.8.2010

God says he wants to give us a whole galaxy/universe. We thought that was enough to have. He also said he was going to give us supernatural powers to create landscapes. He wanted us to be on the high council of God.

All the animals and birds will be in the new creation. Nothing will be lost.

We will have a supernatural love for each other, such as we have never known and we will recognise everyone by name.

We shall visit all the kingdoms of the universe.

We will have the capability and knowledge to play all musical instruments.

Twelveth dream - Vision received on 17.8.2010

I was walking along with a group of people. All the people were dressed in brightly coloured clothing. We were all happy and laughing. It was a lovely sunny day, not a cloud in the sky and birds singing. Suddenly there was an immense bright light from the sky going everywhere, I knew it was the lord jesus coming but they all laughed at me. Like lightening black clouds covered the sky. I thought the lord had left me when I was changed to his likeness, what seemed to be a glorious body of bright light. As I was looking back on that group of people I had been with, everything looked dark, weird and revolting to look at. It was that bad I had to look away.

THE VIRGIN BIRTH

In approx 740 BC there was a man whose name was Isaiah. He was a prophet of the Lord. In one of his many prophesies this is what he wrote:-

A virgin will conceive and bear a Son and his name shall be called Immanuel (God is with us).

How can a virgin conceive – that’s not possible – is it?

Isaiah goes on to say:-

Unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given and he shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Whow!!  Who is this person that should possess all these great titles, who can call himself “Mighty God” – surely only God himself.

Lets jump forward 700 years to find some answers:

In the town of Nazareth there was a young woman called Mary who was engaged to be married to a carpenter called Joseph. She was quietly reading one day when suddenly an angel appeared before her. “fear not” said the angel whose name was Gabriel…….Fear Not – she must have been absolutely terrified. Again the angel said fear not and told her that she has found favour with God and should would conceive by the Holy Spirit and she would have a Son and he will be called Jesus and he will be the Son of God.

Ah – here is where we have the virgin conceiving a child.
Jesus, Son of God, this is the child Isaiah prophesied would come into the world, born of a virgin, and all those titles will fit him. Of course the angel also visited Joseph and set things straight with him.

When it was almost time for Mary to give birth, she and Joseph had to go to Bethlehem to pay taxes. There was no room for them to stop anywhere, a stable was the only place they could go and it was in this lowly place that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary.

Shepherds came to pay respects to him. Wise men came and worshipped him. They knew who this baby was and they bought him gifts.

A virgin birth – yes all things with God are possible. It did happen. This child is Gods gift to the world, foretold 700 years earlier. This story is not just for Christmas, for the believer every day is Christmas Day.

GOD’S SPIRIT OF LOVE

Thus saith the Lord

There were hundreds of small leaf plants withering in the ground. Then I saw like a mountain of a leaf plant, it went up to heaven itself. Then there was a gentle wind and from the sky blue petals floated down onto the plants. Almost immediately the plants started to look greener and greener and to produce small blue flowers. The transformation was amazing.

HANNAH

In the bible we learn about a lady called Hannah. Hannah was married to Elkanah who was also married to Peninnah.

Peninnah had children but Hannah had none as the Lord had closed her womb (Samuel l:5). Peninnah, Hannahs rival tormented her, this made her sad and she refused to eat.

Every year Elkanah and his family went to worship and sacrifice to the Lord of Hosts in Shiloh. When the time came for Elkanah to make an offering he would give one portion each to Peninnah and her children but would always give Hannah double portions as he loved her so much. Now one year when they were at the tabernacle Hannah was very upset and would not eat , her husband asked her was her heart was so grieved, he said am I not better to you than ten sons. (Samuel l:8).

Then one day after they had finished eating in the house of the Lord in Shiloh, Hannah got up and she cried as she prayed to the Lord.”Almighty Lord look at me your servant, see my troubles and remember me. Don’t forget me, if you give me a son I promise that I will dedicate him to you for his whole life and that he will never have his hair cut “(Samuel l:11).

This was Hannahs solemn promise. Meanwhile a priest called Eli was watching Hannah praying and he thought she was drunk as she was praying silently her lips moving but making no sound. Eli told Hannah to stop drinking and sober up to which Hannah replied, “I have not been drinking, I am desperate and have been praying pouring out my trouble to the Lord”. Eli told Hannah to go in peace and may the Lord give you what you have asked for. Hannah went away no longer sad.

As time passed Hannah did conceive and gave birth to a son whom she named Samuel. As the time came for the yearly sacrifice Hannah did not go because she wanted to wait until her child had grown a little then she would take him that he may appear before the Lord and remain there forever.

Now when Samuel had grown a little more Hannah took him to the tabernacle where she left him to work for the Lord as she had promised. Hannah saw her son every year and gave him a new robe.

As time passed the Lord blessed Hannah with three sons and two daughters. Meanwhile Samuel grew up and remained in Shiloh to serve the Lord.

HANNAHS PRAYER

My heart rejoices in the Lord

My horn is exalted in the Lord

I smile at my enemies

Because I rejoice in your salvation.

No one is Holy like the Lord

For there is none besides you

Nor is there any rock like our God.

Talk no more so very proudly

Let no arrogance

Come from your mouth

For the Lord is the God of Knowledge

And by him actions are weighed.

The bows of the mighty men are broken

And those who stumble are girded with strength

Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread

And the hungry have ceased to be hungry

Even the barren has borne seven

And she who has many children has become feeble.

The Lord kills and makes alive

He brings down to the grave and brings up

The Lord makes poor and makes rich

He brings down low and lifts up

He raises the poor from the dust

And lifts the beggar from the ash heap

To set them amongst princes and make them inherit the throne of glory.

For the pillars of the earth are the Lords

And he has set the world upon them.

He will guard the feet of the saints

But the wicked shall be silent in darkness.

For strength no man shall prevail

The adversaries of the Lord

Shall be broken in pieces

From Heaven He will thunder against them

The Lord will judge the ends of the earth

He will give strength to His king and exalt the horn of His anointed.

Outpouring of Holy Spirit

The days of the outpouring of my Holy Spirit on the gentiles are over.
Thus saith the Lord

The spirit of the Lord will descend on Israel and the lost tribes of Israel. I am the great I AM and have spoken to my people who are lost but will be found and they will know they are a part of Israel. I will enrich them with my spirit and my word. In this time there will be miracles and wonders.

LISTEN – the days of my outpouring of my spirit is over, but you can still listen to the message of Israel and receive my spirit and word. Return to me and I will return to you.

The spirit of the Lord must go to the lost tribes of Israel before the second coming, then the end will come like lightening out of the sky.

AMERICA’S RISE AND FALL

Thus saith the Lord

When some of the early Christians arrived in America they walked in my spirit and word and I blest them mightily. This caused them to be a blest nation, I gave them great wealth and power and defeated their enemies.  These blessings carried from father to father.  Overtime the people sinned and turned away from me. They turned to their owns gods of money, greed and all abominable things.

Because you have turned away from me, I will bring curses upon you, and what was a great nation I will bring destruction. The economy will fail and the dollar will collapse.

There will be earthquakes, volcanoes, land will slip into the sea. There will be tidal waves and tornadoes. There will be floods, drought, fires, diseases – crops will fail and animals will die of disease, birds will die and fall from the sky. Fish will die by the millions. Trees will be diseased and destroyed by fire and drought.

There will be fighting in the country and acts of terrorism. People will die of hunger and polluted water. There will be all manner of plagues. This country I will bring to desolation.

Now if you return to me, the Lord your God, and confess your sins as a nation, I will hear you and you will be spared from these calamites.

I the Lord have spoken.

The Evils of the Ungodly Woman

Thus Saith the Lord

The Evils of the Ungodly Woman

Men of God are being seduced by the evilness of todays ungodly woman. They flaunt their bodies to the world of men, wearing revealing clothing, corruptible make up and acting in a way to seduce just about any man here. Some cut their hair to look like men, portraying masculinity. Talking and acting like men with intent to seduce. These are the modern day Jezebels.

At the same time these women are engaging in unnatural behaviour with their own kind and will lead you to the path of destruction.

Men of God look for a godly woman to marry, as these women will help you keep in the will of God, as you become one with God.

DOWNFALL OF ENGLAND -GODS HOLY SPIRIT ON BIRMINGHAM

Thus saith the Lord

Years ago in England many people walked and followed my Word, praising and worshipping and doing the will of my Father. In turn I blessed them with heavenly gifts, tremendous wealth, power and defeated their enemies. These blessings were passed from generation to generation.

As time passed people turned from me, wandering after their own devices, doing thing that only pleased themselves, following their own gods, being greed, lust, lying cheating etc, making these things a normal pastime. London has committed grave sins which has reached heaven itself.

Because you have turned away from me, I will bring curses upon you. I will make your great nation fall and bring destruction on you. The economy will fail, the pound will collapse. The London Thames Barrier will fail and London will be flooded by tidal waves. Apart from floods there will be times of drought, fires, crops will fail, animals and birds will die of diseases. There will be earthquakes and large parts of the land will be covered by the sea. There will be fighting in the country, acts of terrorism and anarchy. People will die of hunger and polluted water. This country I will bring to desolation until it returns to me and I will restore it.

In Birmingham very soon there will be an explosion of my Holy Spirit and my Word. This is for the lost tribes of Israel and Israel. I do not want any of the gentile nations to miss out, so join in my Spirit and Word.

In the Lord Jesus protection

Thus Saith the Lord

I was in a ring of fire. This ring was like a rope going around me about waist high. The flames were all around me shooting upwards and downwards.

Scotland Riches

Thus Saith the Lord

Scotland has oil and gas reserves more than 100 years. The mountains of Scotland contain billions of pounds of gold

Jesus in his Grace

Thus Saith the Lord

Jesus himself revealed to me the colour of his skin to be black, when he walked upon earth

Satan – Lord of Earth and Skies

Thus Saith the Lord

He is the god of confusion and trouble. His main distortion of confusion is his way of being a god of false light, affecting some of the top evangelists and bishops of the world. Even some local pastors and preachers are lead by satan himself. All across the world satan is throwing Gods word into confusion by his false teachings and lies. Look to Gods living word and believe only on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Some of the top politicians and world rulers are satans top men throwing the world of banking and laws into confusion and disorientation – going away from Gods word and laws.
Come out of confusion and follow my Word, my Ways of love peace and joy.

The Love for His People

Thus saith the Lord.

I saw in a vision the sun itself but inbetween the sun there seemed to be thousands of smaller suns all individual and shinning as one in a grid to make the sun itself.

Lots Wife

Thus Saith the Lord

Lots Wife:
When Lots wife turned around to look at the city of destruction, she turned into a pillar of tasteless’ salt which is unbelief, which killed her.

The Staff of Life:

Thus Saith the Lord

I saw a light as bright as the sun. As I looked again it was in the shape of a staff. I knew it was the staff of God.

The fire of God:

Thus Saith the Lord

I saw two balls of fire. The first on was massive and the second small. They shone as bright as the sun.

God thinks of you every second!

Thus saith the Lord

Countless days ago, God thought of you in his mind and knew what you would be like and called you by name, and has loved you all through these ages. Every second God thinks of you and loves you and cares for you. All this leading you to perfection and salvation.

God’s Power

Thus saith the Lord.

Gods power is like a mustard seed stretching across the whole of our universe. Each seed expanding to full every single space to fill it with His love, His knowledge and His power.

Countless other universes would also be filled, full of these seeds and more.

Gods Land

Thus saith the Lord

In Gods land one grain of sand would equal the whole universe in which you live in. Gods land is equal to countless universes full of grains of sand and more to go on and on to equal Gods land.

MARY MAGDALENE

Here is a woman much is not known about. She has been the subject of many stories, some true, some not. Well lets see what we know.

Mary was from Magdala, a thriving town approx 3 miles from Capernaum. Magdala means tower or castle so possibly she could have been a prominent person from the town. The Bible does not tell us about her genealogy or martial statue, but it would appear she was free to follow Jesus.

Local people however disapproved of here way of life. She was after all possessed by seven demons. That’s a lot of grief. What was she doing, was she doing all sorts of insane things to make people look at her with horror or disgust.
Physical signs of possession could be epileptic fits, struck dumb, being blind. Some possessed people try to destroy themselves, cutting themselves with stones illnesses, , throwing themselves into water or fire. Some attack others, some speak utter nonsense, they can be classed as raving made and some exhibit no signs at all. Mary Magdalene was classed as a prostitute also but the Bible has no evidence of this.

Then along came Jesus, and saw something in Mary Magdalene that no other saw. He saved her. He cast out seven demons and forgave her sins. Imagine the joy that would flood Marys heart when Jesus not only delivered her from demons but also valued her as a friend and for the first time Mary Magdalene lived. She was loosened from satans dominion and she called on the name of the Lord (Acts 4:12) Salvation is found in no one else for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.

Some say that it was Mary Magdalene who bathed Jesus feet with her tears, drying them with her hair, then anointing and kissing them. The Bible is not clear as to which woman it was who did this.

Mary followed Jesus throughout his work and through the land. She never looked back for she had died to her old way of life, now her life was hidden with Christ in God. She followed him from the time she met him until the time of his death and did not fall away from difficult teachings (John 6 66-69).

She was fulfilled and steadfast. She was there at the cross and was probably in the crowds following Jesus through the streets from Jerusalem to Golgotha. Mary was a witness of his death and was there at the entombment. Mary loved Jesus. She had purchased spices after the Sabbath in an endeavour to put them on Jesus body. She went to the tomb very early the next day hoping to find the body in a manageable condition to anoint. She wanted to mourn him. To her amazement the stone that sealed the tomb was one and when she peeped in found that the body was gone. She ran to tell the other disciples what had happened. They all hurried back to see the empty tomb for themselves. After they left, Mary stayed and began to weep. Suddenly two angels appeared and said to Mary “Why are you crying and why are you looking for the living among the dead?”. She was then aware of a man standing behind her who she thought was the gardener, until he spoke. Mary recognised Jesus voice and fell to her knees.
Mary was an eye witness to the resurrection and she was the first person to see him. Mary ran and witnessed to others saying I have seen the Lord.

God commands, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, all your mind and strength. Mary Magdalene is a very good example of this.

God rewards devotion. He made sure Mary Magdalenes acts were recorded in the gospels. The resurrected Jesus appeared to her personally as a tribute to her love for him.

She was a faithful witness of what God had done in her life. We all need to follow her example and faithfully tell what God has done for us.

THE STORY OF DEBORAH

Deborah was the only woman to be a judge in Israel. Deborah encouraged general Barak to fight against Sisera, commander of the army of Jabin (a Canaanite King). The resulting victory ended twenty years of Canaanite oppressions.

This is how the story goes:-

For twenty years Jabin a Canaanite king ruled Israel with cruelty and violence. His army was commanded by Sisera. The people of Israel asked God for help. Now Deborah was a prophet, she was the only woman who was a judge in Israel. Deborah was the wife of Lappidoth. Under a palm tree between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, Deborah sat giving the people of Israel her decisions. One day God told Deborah to send for Barak, he was the head of the army. When Barak arrived Deborah told him that God had commanded him to take 10,000 men to Mount Tabor. Deborah would lure an evil enemy named Sisera and his 900 iron chariots into the area and God would help them to win the battle.

Barak was afraid and told Deborah that he would not go unless she went with him. Deborah agreed but told him that a woman would get the credit for killing Sisera. Barak did as he was commanded and assembled 10,000 men and led them to Mount Tabor with Deborah. When Sisera heard that Barak was up in the Mount he sent his 900 iron chariots and all his men to attack Barak and his army.

Deborah told Barak, God has given you victory over Sisera, go God is leading you. Barak and his army went down Mount Tabor and attacked Siseras army. God threw them into confusion and also extremely bad weather and Sisera ran away on foot leaving his army to battle with Barak. Siseras whole army was killed. Not oneasingle man was left.

Meanwhile Sisera ran to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite because they were at peace. Jael went outside to greet Sisera and invited him inside. Sisera was thirsty and asked for some water. Jael gave him some milk instead and then hid him as she was asked to do so by Sisera. He also told Jael to stand outside and tell people who were searching for him that she had not seen him. Sisera was so exhausted that he fell asleep. Jael took a hammer and a tent peg and quietly went up to him and killed him by driving the tent peg right through the side of his head and through to the ground.

Barak was searching for Sisera when he came to Jaels tent. She bought Barak into her tent to show him the lifeless body of Sisera and told Barak what she had done. From that day God gave the people of Israel victory over Jabin the Canaanite king and eventually destroyed him. This ended the twenty years of Canaanite oppression. The battle was over and victory was the Israelites. Deborah and Barak sang (Judges 5 v 2 – 31), a song about how they had won the battle with Gods help and guidance giving peace to everyone.

For the next forty years there was peace in the land.

The story of Esther

The story of Esther is one of drama, intrigue, romance, murder, bravery and extreme danger.  You name it and it’s in this story.

King Xerxes (or Ahazuerus, depending on which version of the Bible you read) was on the throne at the time of Esther.  He ruled over Persia, a vast empire, from the fortress of Susa.  His empire stretched from Ethiopia in Africa right across to India.  King Xerxes was a very, very powerful man.

One day, in the third year of his reign, he organised an amazing party and invited all the military officials as well as noblemen and provincial officials.  This party (or banquet) lasted for 6 months!  When this party was over he gave another party, this time for all his servants and palace officials.  This was held in the palace garden.  No expense was spared and the garden was elaborately decorated with a display of beautifully woven, white and blue linen, fastened with purple ribbons embedded in marble pillars.  What a sight this must have been!  The king gave instructions to his staff that they could drink as much as they wanted.

King Xerxes was married to Queen Vashti.  Queen Vashti was also giving a banquet, as the same time, for the women of the palace.

On the seventh day of the king’s party he sent an order for Queen Vashti to be brought before him.  She was very beautiful and he wanted to show her off to the people.  But Queen Vashti flatly refused to go.  This made the king very angry.  In his fury he consulted with his advisers (who were well up in all the Persian laws).  They advised him to banish Queen Vashti from his presence forever.  This was so that her behavior would not set a precedent for other wives living in the kingdom because they might think they also could behave in this way and disobey their husbands.  So the king divorced Queen Vashti.

The king was advised to choose another queen.  And so a search went out for young, eligible, beautiful young girls in the land to be found.

Esther, daughter of Abihail was a Jew.  She had been orphaned when young and her cousin, Mordecai, looked after her and brought her up as if she was his own daughter.  They lived in Susa in Persia where the Jews were in exile.  Esther was very beautiful, and along with other young women, was selected and brought to the harem at the palace of King Xerxes.  Esther was very pleasant and got on well with everybody.  She was placed in Hegai’s care.  He looked after all the young women in the harem.  He was particularly impressed with Esther and treated her kindly.  He also gave her a special menu and assigned to her seven specially chosen maids.  Esther, along with other selected young women, had to undergo one year of beauty treatments (that’s a big make-over!)

When Esther was recruited to the king’s harem, Mordecai had advised her to keep quiet about her nationality and family background.  So Esther kept this secret.  Mordecai had been very good to Esther and continued to check up on her welfare, daily.  He was also a dutiful subject to King Xerxes.  He became a palace official.

One day when Mordecai was on duty, he overheard Bigthana and Teresh (two of the king’s guards) whispering about a plot to assassinate the king.  This information Mordecai passed to Esther.  The king got to hear about it and Mordecai had the credit.  Consequently, the two guards, Bigthana and Teresh were hung on the gallows.

When it was Esther’s turn to go and be introduced to the king, she had the choice of what clothes and jewellery she wore.

The king was head over heels with Esther and fell in love with her and chose her to be his new queen.  He put a crown upon her head.  There was a public festival, much celebrating and generous gifts to everyone.  Esther continued to keep her nationality secret.

Sometime later King Xerxes promoted a man called Haman, son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, to become his prime-minister, making him the most powerful of all his officials.  Because he was so powerful, and because the king had commanded, all the king’s officials bowed down to Haman to show him respect.  Mordecai, however, would not bow down to Haman.  This caused a bit of a rumpus amongst the officials of the king and Mordecai told the officials he was a Jew.  Haman was filled with rage that Mordecai would not show him respect and he pondered on a plan not just to destroy Haman, but to slaughter all the Jews throughout the entire kingdom of King Xerxes.  Lots were cast in the month of Adar in the twelfth year of Xerxes’ reign (the lots were called Purim) to determine the best day and month to take this action.

Haman told the king of his idea:

“There is a certain race of people scattered through all the provinces of your empire.  Their laws are a bit different from those of any other nation and they refuse to obey even the laws of the king.  So it’s not in the king’s interest to let them live.”

Haman asked the king to sign a decree saying all the Jews should be destroyed.  The king agreed to Haman’s plan.

When Mordecai heard about this he tore his clothes put on sackcloth and ashes and went into mourning.  He stood outside the gate of the palace.

When news of the decree reached the entire province there was great mourning among the Jews.  They fasted, wept and wailed and many people lay in sackcloth and ashes.

When the queen’s maids told Queen Esther about Mordecai, she was extremely sad. She sent clothes to Mordecai but he would not wear them.  So she sent her eunuch to Mordecai to find out what was wrong.  Mordecai told him the whole story and gave him a copy of the decree to show Esther.   Mordecai also sent a message to Esther to go and beg the king for mercy and to plead for her people.
Esther was in a very tricky situation.  No-one could just go and appear before the king, they had to be invited.  She could face death.  But if the king held out his gold sceptre, this means they are accepted to speak with the king.

Mordecai sent a message to Esther.  In it he reminded her that she is a Jew and she would, if Haman’s plan becomes law, not escape this mass slaughter.  If she speaks up she could save her people, her relatives and herself.

Esther sent a reply to Mordecai telling him to go and gather the Jews in Susa and fast for her for three days.  She will also fast and her maids, then although it is against the law she will go before the king.  Esther is willing to die for this cause.  So Mordecai went on his way and did as Esther had told him.

After they had fasted for three days, Esther put on her royal robes and went to the inner court of the palace.  When the king saw Esther standing in the inner court, he welcomed her by holding out the gold sceptre to her.  (This must have been such a great relief!)

The king asked what Queen Esther wanted and states she can have up to half of his kingdom!  Esther invites the king and Haman to a special banquet she has prepared.  So the king and Haman went to Queen Esther’s special banquet.

At the banquet the king asked what Esther really wanted.  What her request was?  Esther said:

“If your royal majesty is pleased with me and wants to grant my request, please come tomorrow to a banquet I will prepare especially for you and for Haman, then I will tell you what it is all about.”

Haman left the banquet he had with the king and queen on ‘cloud nine’.  He couldn’t wait to tell his wife about his special invitation.  But as he hurried home he soon became furious as he saw Mordecai sitting at the gate and not standing up for him as he passed by.

Once home Haman boasted to his wife and friends how he had been honored by the king and how he had been promoted over all the other officials and leaders.  He had been to a banquet with the king and queen and Queen Esther had invited him to dine with her tomorrow also!  How important he must be!  He also told his wife how furious he became with Mordecai because he would not stand before him and give him the honour he so very, very much deserved!!

Zeresh, Haman’s wife, suggested what Haman should do:

“You should set up gallows and in the morning ask the king to hang Mordecai.”

Haman liked the sound of this and he ordered the gallows to be set up ready for a hanging.  Everybody likes a good old hanging, he thought and even better if I can get rid of Mordecai!

That night the king had troubled sleep; he tossed and turned this way and that.  He thought a bedtime story would help.  In the end he called for his attendant to fetch him the historical records book.  He wanted the historical records of the kingdom to be read to him.  Whilst listening to the records being read he discovered how, sometime ago, Mordecai had exposed the plot of Bigthana and Teresh and how they had plotted to assassinate the king.  The king enquired as to how Mordecai was rewarded for this.  “Nothing has been done as yet” replied the attendant.

Morning had broken and just at this time Haman came into the outer court.  The king asked the attendant to bring Haman in to him.  The king asked Haman a question:
“What should I do to honour a man who truly pleases me?”

Haman (in his conceit) thought the king had him in mind.  So Haman replied to the king:

“Put one of your royal robes on him, your Majesty, and put him on one of your own horses.  Instruct one of your most noble princes to lead him through the city square, shouting ‘this is what happens to those the king wishes to honour’.”

“Excellent” said the king, “go and get the robe, the horse and do exactly what you have said to Mordecai the Jew, who sits at the gate of the palace”.

Can you imagine the look on Haman’s face!  Haman had just had the wind taken right out of his scheming, little sails!

So Haman put the royal robe on Mordecai, set him on one of the king’s horses and led him through the city square, shouting,

“This is what happens to those the king wishes to honour.”

Then Haman skulked off home.  He told his wife, Zeresh, what had happened.  As they were speaking the king’s eunuchs arrived to take Haman to the banquet Queen Esther had prepared.

So the King and Haman went to Queen Esther’s banquet.  They were drinking wine when the king asked Esther  “What is your request, you can have up to half of my kingdom”.

The queen was pleased the king wanted to grant her request.

In front of Haman, Esther begins to tell the king how Haman intended to kill her and her people, the Jews.  Haman is shaking in his boots!

The king is aghast.  He jumped to his feet and in a rage goes into the palace garden.  Meanwhile Haman falls on the couch Esther is reclining on and pleads for mercy.  Then the king returns and sees Haman on the queen’s couch.  This infuriates the king even more as he thinks Esther is being assaulted, before his very eyes!!  Haman is in trouble, big time!  There is no escape for him now.

One of the Kings eunuchs, Harbona, tells the king about the gallows Haman had set up (intending to hang Mordecai).  The king orders that Haman should hang on the gallows.  So Haman finally meets his doom.

That very same day, King Xerxes gave Haman’s estate to Queen Esther.

Mordecai told the king that he and Queen Esther are related.  The king gave the signet ring he had removed from Haman, to Mordecai.  Esther appoints Mordecai to be in charge of Haman’s property.

Then Esther comes before the king again and pleads with tears for her people, the Jews.  Again the king holds out the golden sceptre to her.

So the king instructs Queen Esther and Mordecai to go ahead and send a message to the Jews in the king’s name sealing it with the king’s signet ring.

The secretaries were summoned and Mordecai dictated a decree to the Jews and to the princes, governors and officials to all the 127 provinces stretching from India to Ethiopia.  Letters went out all over the land reversing Haman’s wicked plot to kill the Jews and giving the Jews authority to kill their enemies.  This event is remembered to this day at the annual festival of Purim.

The Jews in Susa celebrated the new decree.  The Jews were filled with gladness and joy.  This was a time of great rejoicing.

Mordecai became second in command to the king and was held in very high regard.

Esther had saved her people.

IN THE ETERNITY OF GODS TIME

Thus Saith the Lord

In God there is no time. On the tip of a needle there are trillions of years. This would fill our known universe.  Apart from this there are countless universes these tips would fill. Gods time is beyond all this. It is endless and eternal.

Thus Saith the Lord

In Heaven: If you are with a group of people or on the top of a mountain you feel that you have company and at the same time you have space around you.

What is the theme of Samson and Delilah of the Bible?

I need to know in….2 hours so please help me!! Im finishing my final and honestly my brain is fried…. I got 3 hours of sleep. Please please help me. It needs to be a good relevant theme of the story…. <3

You could say that it’s about a man who was supposed to be dedicated to Yahweh but whose disobedience to God caused his downfall, yet despite that, God kept faith with him and brought glory to his name even in the man’s death.

The whole chapter of Judges 16 must be read first. Samson had humiliated Israel’s long-time enemies, the Philistines, by carrying off their city gates at Gaza. The Philistines were determined to get revenge, so when they noticed that Samson had fallen in love with one of their own women, Delilah, they hatched a plot to discover the secret of Samson’s phenomenal strength. Delilah tried to get Samson to tell her this secret. Three times he told her fibs and humiliated her when the Philistines then came in to try to bind him. Petulantly, Delilah sulked, threw a hissy-fit, withdrew her favours and generally drove him up the wall. So Samson succumbed and finally told her that it was because he had the vow of the Nazarite taken from before his birth, and that no razor had ever touched his head.

So once Delilah got him asleep on her lap, she got his seven braids of hair cut off, and Samson’s supernatural strength left him. The Philistines took him, blinded him, and he became their slave. But his hair began to grow back. When in the temple of Dagon as ‘entertainment’, Samson asked to stand by the two pillars that supported the temple and he prayed to God for forgiveness and to get his strength back. He then pushed the wooden pillars from their stone bases and thus died with the Philistines. The theme throughout is that of believers in pagan deities vainly trying to show the One God of Israel to be a nonentity. This Creator God allows his servants to be defeated, especially when they disobey him, but in the end, the glory of his name is always upheld. His patience and forgiveness towards those who sin against him is exemplified by Samson.

Is the Holy Spirit seal on the believer when one first believes different than the filling or baptism of Him?

2. And is the filling or baptism really the ability to receive the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit?

3. And are the gifts received really directly receiving power from the Holy Angels?

Since the Spirit of God is One Spirit, but the gifts are different. And so God is One while Angels are different spirit persons.

1. The Christian receives the seal of the Holy Spirit when they receive the Holy Spirit at salvation. The Lord through Paul says that we are sealed by God, and we know that we are sealed by the fact that we have received the Holy Spirit.

2 Cor. 1:22
Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

The word seal in the Greek here is "Sphragizo" which means "in order to mark a person or a thing". It is God’s way of place a mark upon our lives that make us a witness to a lost world.

2. Yes. 1 Cor. 12:4-8.

3. No. The Gifts of the "Spirit" are just that, the Gifts OF the SPIRIT and given by Him, not angels.
1 Cor. 12
12:4
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
12:5
And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
12:6
And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
12:7
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

Hope this helps.

What does it mean to blaspheme the Holy Spirit?

Jesus Christ said that to blaspheme the Holy Spirit, God cannot and will not forgive in this life and the life after. Who is the Holy Spirit? What is His Name?

it is simply to be confronted by the Spirit and deny Him anyway.

The Holy Spirit inspired the disciples to preach what message?

What message(s) did the Holy Spirit inspire the disciples to preach after Pentecost?

Does anyone know?

The gospel of the "kingdom" is the message of Yahshua and the apostles.

Matthew 24:14
This good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the world as a testimony to all nations. And then the end will come.

Matthew 9:35
And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.

Mark 1:15
and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Galatians 5:21
envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Does anyone know that haunting voice that’s used in the song of nephilim?

Does anyone know that haunting voice that’s used in the Song of Nephilim from Xenosaga? I hear it all the time in other shows, and I would love to have it.

I’m sorry but I don’t have the slightest clue as to the person who sings it. I do know the London Philharmonic Orchestra did most of the sound track for Episode I, so that could be a good place to start. Good luck!

Has anyone seen the information about the discovery of the Nephilim skeletons being dug up in the middle east?

They were the children of Mortal woman in the Bible and the Fallen Angels. They were the giants that were destroyed in the Flood that Noah survived. They were very tall some were over 20 ft tall. Some of their carcuses are being discovered now. There are pictures on Youtube.

Did you know that the word "gullible" isn’t in the dictionary?
